Are these the only Options?
Currently yes, we only service the printheads mentioned and we can offer multiple heads clean amounts.
If there is enough requests for other models me may introduce them in the line up but for now these are the most common used in the industry.
Are there any discounts?
We offer discounts as to the amount you need cleaned, over 4 heads we recommend you contact us for pricing, we can also offer a standard Preventative maintenance plan for a turn around for your print heads.
3 Month – 6 Month etc.. Depending on your requirements.
How Long does it take?
Depending on the print heads and the amount of work required.
We try to deliver services as fast as we can with the amount of work in the pipeline for each client and head.
On average the service is around 7 working days to 10 working days from the time we receive the Print head.
What kind of guarantee?
We offer a 30 day warranty and return on our work.
Not all Print heads can be cleaned, there are many variables and conditions that may render your print head un-salvageable, this can depend on time left on the shelf with ink, if it has been over 6 months the ink might be too hard to remove, or someone has tried to clean the head and damaged the internal membrane.
